Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except where required by applicable law.  

Order cancellations may be requested within 1 hour of purchase.  If payment has been captured, a refund will be provided to the original payment method.  For payment not captured, the payment authorization will be voided.   

After 1 hour of purchase, orders cannot be cancelled due to processing.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email a clear photo and a brief description of the issue to crafts@loveatadistance.org within 24 hours of delivery.  After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement when appropriate.

Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for assistance, except where required by applicable law.
